Bicycle Junction needed to have an identity system that set itself apart from its competitors. We focused on making the brand feel like an attraction you would see at a theme park. Riding the creeper trail is beautiful and fun and doing it with Bicycle Junction makes it a breeze.

Bicycle Junction creates relationships with its customers and we wanted to do the same with the texture we use on the site. Using a bevy of personal photos of customers enjoying the trail and a deep overlay of Bicycle Junction colors we feel that we have captured a sense of what customer interaction they can expect. The actual Bicycle Junction shop also is built into a barn so we used imagery and colors that really make the shop stand out.
The previous booking method was simply an email. The new booking method lets users customize their appointment directly on the site. We had to ensure ease of use to ensure we would never lose sales to frustration.
We worked with Atlantic Merchant to build a custom payment processor without the need for stripe with credit cards. We also integrated PayPal payments.
Overbooking cannot happen so we needed to have inventory management that scaled to the complexities of large scale bicycle rentals and staff schedules.
Our solution pulls reviews from sites like yelp, google, facebook and places them in real time right on the homepage.
The solution must be self sufficient. We could not add to the workload of the Bicycle Junction team. So we made this solution completely automated, it pulls information daily and cycles reviews on an automated schedule.
Reviews can come from many sources so we made the system easy to add and remove sources on the fly.
Spending money to get more site visits was not an option for the opening season of the new Bicycle Junction. We focused our efforts in enhancing SEO for the site in such a way that Bicycle Junction could surpass their competition without the need for costly advertisements. Their average keyword position was the 128th result, they are now averaging the 6 position for their keywords.
